Lineup Information
Lineup locations are listed below. If you placed an entry and it is not listed below, please contact Marlene Riebe at 913-963-4038. Lineup will begin at 6:00 p.m. with judging beginning at 6:20 p.m. If you do not have an entry for judging, you may want to give some thought to exactly when you might want to arrive.
Many applicants will request early parade placement. We will do our best to accomodate these requests but there are typically well over 100 registered entries with 50 or so wanting to go first.
ATVs, 4-Wheelers, or off-road motorcycles may not be ridden in the parade. These vehicles are allowed in the parade only on floats or trailers. No exceptions.
Please keep all animals (horses, mules, dogs, and emu) in the street during line-up and during the parade..
For any problems or questions during the parade or line-up, look for one of the Rotary Marshalls. They will be the folks in the golf carts.
