Lineup locations will be mailed out approximately 3-5 days before the parade. Lineup will begin at 6:00 p.m. with judging beginning at 6:20 p.m. Parade Chairman reserves the right to assign location of all entries.

Release and Waiver
By clicking "Submit" below, I (We) hereby release the Paola Rotary Club, its officers, and volunteers from any and all liability for accidents, injuries, loss, and or damage arising from my (our)participation in the Miami County Fair Parade. I (We) further grant permission to the Paola Rotary Club to use photographs or other images of my (our) participation for any reasonable purpose.
